To sell a property through a real estate agency licensed in Portugal, you must enter into a real estate mediation contract. The documents for this purpose are as follows:
- Identification of the owner (s)
- Land Registration (finance)
- Content certificate (Government Land Registry)
- Housing license (town)
- Factsheet (council)
- Energy Certificate
- Plans
